I am grateful to nuffnang for the opportunity to watch the premiere showing of The Social Network. With Pldt mydsl+wifi modem in this event it was a success. Also during that night a fellow blogger was fortunate to win a modem.
"The social Network narrates the story Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook. On a night of 2003 after Mark break up with his girlfriend Erica he sits down at his computer with anger and begins blogging and programming and began hacking the Harvard residences system. He creates Facemash a website where Male students will rate the attractiveness of female Harvard undergraduates. Because of the traffic that almost crash the Harvard system Mark is punished with 6 months probation. Mark became popular at Harvard especially in women because of the website he made. He also captured the attention of the Winklevoss Twin a member of the Harvard rowing team. He took a programming job to the twins to do a website called the Harvard connection.
Mark talk to his friend Eduardo, of his idea of doing his own website called “TheFacebook” a social networking system exclusively to Harvard University Student where people can display and share personal information without the invasion of privacy. Eduardo agrees to help Mark, to fund his project and eventually lunch the ”Thefacebook”. Divya the business partner of the Twin Winklevoss learn the launch of mark’s website he told it to the twins that mark stole their idea. As the success of the website they expand it to other school. What happens in during that night of 2003 became a global social network. The highlights of the film is his indictment by Eduardo and the Winklevoss. Being an entrepreneur his success leads him to both personal and legal complications.
At the end of the film Mark send a friend request on Facebook to his former girlfriend Erica, and then refreshing it after every second. The Social Network is a Film of David Fincher.
